Professional In-Store Servicing Workshop
Three Zero offers a comprehensive in-store workshop for the repair and maintenance of your essential ski and snowboarding equipment. Located in Cornwall, we provide local services and do not offer maintenance or repairs via the internet. To book a service for your skis or snowboard, simply drop them off at our shop. - Base Patch - From £10.00
Insertion of base material patches for large or edge-near holes.
- Base Grind - £10.00
Machine-based freshening of scratched or worn bases.
- Ski Wax & Edge - £25.00
Hot wax application plus machine grinding of edges to specified angles (80-90 degrees).
- Snowboard Wax & Edge - £22.00
Similar to ski service, with hot wax application and edge restoration.
- Ski Full Service - £45.00
Comprehensive service including base and top sheet repairs, P-Tex application, and multiple base blemish removal.

Repair or replacement of delaminated or damaged edges.
- Blank Ski Binding Mount - £45.00
Mounting bindings onto skis without a pre-existing track, including adjustment and DIN setting.
- Binding Adjustment - £20.00
Adjust bindings to new boots and ensure correct DIN setting without redrilling.
- Binding Mount (fast track) + DIN Adjustment - £35.00
Mount and adjust fast track bindings to fit boots and set DIN.
- Liner Mould - £20.00
Heat molding of liners for a customized fit. Free with in-store boot purchase.
- DIN Setting Adjustment - £10.00
Adjustment of ski binding release settings based on ability, weight, height, and age. Free with in-store purchase of skis or boots.
- Custom Shell - £60.00
Heat molding of boot shells for a precision fit. Applicable to Salomon Custom Shell and Atomic Memory Fit boots.
- Boot Stretch - £20.00
Stretching boots to relieve discomfort using specialist equipment. Considered a last resort after other fitting techniques.
- Binding Transfer - £50.00
Removal and replacement of bindings, including filling old holes, drilling new ones, and adjusting bindings for correct DIN settings.
