PRICING DETAILS
All prices on this website are inclusive of VAT where it is applicable unless it is stated otherwise. ( Some items on the website, such as childrens clothing are exempt from VAT ).
Payment will normally be taken within 24 hours of order via our secure payment partner ( all current security measures and procedures are complied with; Current PCIDSS compliance ), or for Paypal payments, at the time of order.
We no longer accept cheques for website or telephone purchases.
REFUNDS
In the event of a refund this will normally be made through the channel the payment was made ie: refund back onto the card used in the purchase.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of the refund being agreed.
VAT Refunds If Leaving The EU
If you are taking goods out of the EU you may claim your VAT back. Please email us for the supply of a Customs Form 407 which will detail the goods and allow you to apply for a VAT refund once you have left the country and have had that form signed by customs.
